It’s off to the printers!!! Our 2022-23 Athletes yearbook 🎉

⭐️Just 10 days til our Presentation/trophy/50th/breakupparty/carnivalrides/fireworks day!
Your committee have been working very hard to make it an amazing and memorable celebration day for you and your athletes.

Firstly this Friday 5pm 5th May is a working bee for anyone available to assist pretty please.

🌟THE DAY 🌟
⭐️🌟Saturday May 13th⭐️🌟

🎂10am VIP invitation only
50th celebration morning tea
(VIPs and current committee).

Then👨‍👩‍👧‍👦11.45am arrive with chairs or rug, snacks and a drink although canteen open… then:
🥇🥈🥉🏆12pm Presentations begin… ALL athletes get a medal, plus there are trophies, special awards, photos, yearbook, blue levels, plaque, record Breakers, etc. Clap, cheer, celebrate.⭐️
🎖Plus the newly established John Hayter Award for the 2 athletes with most track PBs… and that’s any age u7 to u17. Who will win the inaugural award…. complete surprise and I think both athletes will be shocked too.
🥖🍲2.30pm Family feast for all… we know how to feast!! (Families A to M please bring something savoury, N to Z sweet/dessert).
🎢🎉3pm Carnival rides begin. Dont forget, siblings are very welcome all day.
🟢3pm short AGM ( ALL committee positions become available however we especially need a few key ones as no nominations for those yet. More about that tomorrow).
Parent levy refunds available in cash after the AGM.
🌭5pm Sausage sizzle
🎆7pm Fireworks and carnival rides close.
