Pop this in your diary… we’ll wait… Oct 25th – bake goods for Carnival – list ingredients.

Just as any club does, we fundraise. With a couple of hundred athletes and their families joining us for our annual Twilight Carnival we have a great opportunity to raise much needed funds for equipment, supporting athletes, upgrading things, replacing things etc etc etc. Therefore, we will be holding a Bake Sale. For this to be successful we need you to jump in the kitchen and whip up something we can sell. For safety and allergy reasons each batch needs a list of ingredients. Please drop your baked donations along with the list of ingredients to the canteen after 6pm on normal club night the 25th of October, or bring along on the day October 26th to the canteen. (Preferably in disposable container/packaging). Thank you for your anticipated donations.
PS if you aren’t a baker – grab something from a bakery (we’re not fussy just as long as it has an ingredient list.. you know, safety, allergies, avoiding sick kids, law suits etc).
